What we collect, and why
Operating Co. LLC runs operatingco.ai. This page says what the site collects about you, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It covers this website only — not work we do inside a client's systems, which is governed by that client's agreement with us.

What you tell us
Our contact and careers forms ask for your name, email, company, what kind of enquiry this is, and whatever you write in the message field. We record which page you submitted from. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation in our own CRM. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from — a search engine, LinkedIn, a direct link. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies at all.
We have turned off Google's advertising features on this property: no ad personalisation, no ad targeting, no Google Signals. We do not run ads against this data and we do not build advertising audiences from it.
Visitor identification
We use RB2B, a business-to-business visitor identification service. For some visitors in the United States it can match a visit to a named person and their employer, using data it already holds. If it matches you, we may see your name, job title, company and LinkedIn profile, and which of our pages you read. We use this for one purpose: deciding who at our firm should reach out, and about what.
If you would rather we did not have this, email us and we will delete your record and suppress future matches. A tracker-blocking browser extension or a privacy-focused browser also prevents the match.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the first-party Google Analytics ones described above. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels. Your browser settings can block or delete all of them, and the site works normally without them.
Who else sees your data
The service providers we use to run the site and reply to you: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics), RB2B (visitor identification), and our email and CRM providers. They handle it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our CRM while there is a live or plausible business relationship, and we delete them on request. Google Analytics data expires on a 14-month rolling window. Cloudflare Web Analytics is aggregate and holds nothing that identifies you.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can email us to ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it — we are not going to make you prove you live in a state that requires it. Say what you want in plain language and we will action it within 30 days.
